My Design process kicked off with conceptualization of my solution. I performed market research, user research, literature and competitor analysis (IKEA was a main reference). I determined the target audience, their needs, and also proceeded with feature prioritization.
Next I sketched out the information architecture and user flow for both Web page and mobile app.. I completed my brainstorm with wireframing..
I then started my Interface design with User Experience in mind for both mobile and web. These included creating my Visual Design System(Branding, Style Guide and UI kit.
I finished my process with my development hand-off through documentation, prototyping, and annotations.

However, customers have faced challenges with buying furniture online, including difficulty visualizing how items will fit in their space, poor navigation experiences, and limited customization options.
Haven aims to address these challenges by providing a unique, user-first approach to furniture shopping through a mobile app and a clean informative web landing page.
